questions for next week
In short
This was the first call of the group, and mostly an exchange of ideas. Three things were decided: there is another call next week with Simon, the founders start a WhatsApp group, and pricing and the member platform wait until everyone has thought them over. Nobody pays anything yet; everything is based on the waiting list.
Who said what was worked out from one mixed recording, so names are inferred; where it was not clear, the speaker is left unnamed. Every figure is as said on the call, not verified. Please correct anything that is wrong.
01
What we decided
Only what was said out loud. The big questions (structure, pricing, platform) were left for next week on purpose.
Done: Another call next week, with Simon (and maybe more people). Day and time are settled in the group chat; midweek was suggested.
Done: The founders start with a WhatsApp group for timing and follow-ups ("founding fathers" was one name idea). Telegram, Slack and the GoHighLevel community were discussed for the longer term.
Done: Pricing and the member platform were not decided on this call. Everyone thinks them over and the group comes back to both next week. Nobody pays yet: everything is based on the waiting list.
Open: Direction, not decided: in the founding phase, grow through the founders' own people (word of mouth and referrals) and build the branding and content; no paid ads for the Club for now. No vote was held.
Open: Direction, not decided: start the member community on GoHighLevel, where the Club already has an account set up. There are doubts about member engagement, and Skool and Telegram were named as alternatives.

Kim or Victor
Create the WhatsApp group for the founders and settle next week's time there. A midweek day, Wednesday, was suggested. The recording does not say which of the two takes it.
Before next week's call
Everyone
Kim, Victor, Mattias and Axel each think about two things: the pricing model (priced so that the Club does not depend on new members) and the platform.
Next week's call
Victor
Simon joins next week's call; Victor is the one who knows him. Not assigned on the call.
Next week
Victor
Share the breakdown of the Backstage concept that David, a management consultant Victor works with, is making. The group also asked for a visual version; who makes it was not said.
When the breakdown is done this week, for next week's call
Victor (inferred), with Kim
Set up a shared drive ("G drive") with everything thought about so far (who, what, when, how), so the founders can add ideas.

Mattias
Asked to help, if he can, with the quarterly overview that shows members where the money goes; no answer on the recording.

Options still open
Named on the call, not ranked and not decided. These are the topics for next week.
Pricing
Keep the price ladder, or change it?
The ladder on the site: the first members get it for 100 per year for life, members 101 to 200 pay 200 per year, then 300 and so on (as said on the call, not verified). The site shows the ladder in euros; whether to keep euros or switch to dollars is still to be confirmed: euros were said at the start and end of the call, dollars during the budget talk. The goal named for the model: priced so that the Club does not depend on new members.
A. Keep the ladder: 100 for the first hundred, 200 for the next, 300 and so on.
B. Smaller steps early: 100 only for the first 10 or 20 members, then slightly higher steps, so the first hundred bring in more and the Club can pay for nicer events earlier.
C. A higher start fee, then 100 a year.
D. A higher ticket whose money goes back to the community, for example to build a bank or an insurance company for the Club.
E. Members pay extra for events (venue, food).
F. A bigger membership package that includes administration of the member's company, also for Swedish members. How it is priced and offered is open.
Platform
Where do members meet?
Leaning to start on GoHighLevel, not final. The founders-only space could be a second community inside it, or live outside on Telegram or WhatsApp.
GoHighLevel community (already set up for the Club): one account can hold several communities, locked chat channels for a higher level, courses, a calendar, levels with points. Concern: low engagement, because every new post sends an email instead of a push message.
Skool: a push notification per post and familiar to members; about seven dollars a month (as said, not verified).
Telegram: everybody has it; buttons and AI agents work well there.
Slack: seen as just another platform to install.
Others named: Circle, Whop, Patreon, and an own platform later, perhaps at 500 or a thousand members.
One voice (not identified) said GoHighLevel may not be the choice for Sweden.
Structure
Nonprofit foundation plus a commercial entity
The idea presented: the Club as a nonprofit foundation. A foundation has no owners, so it cannot give shares; shares for members would sit in a separate commercial entity. The idea for members: 25% of the company spread out for the members, plus an additional 10% for the first 100 members (as said on the call, not verified).
That entity could be an investment entity where members fund different investments, or a commercial entity that makes money in other ways, possibly run on the mega brain.
Open books: every quarter members are shown where the money goes.
Creating the foundation was estimated at about 5k (4 to 6k, as said).
Growth
How to reach more people
Three views came up. Nothing was voted on.
Personal invitations and referrals first, through the founders' own people.
Later: content, paid ads, cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
For the Club: no paid ads, because the Club is not meant to be sold and should sell itself once more people are on board; plus recorded content from live sessions, such as a coaching call.
Backstage
A separate thing, or part of the Club?
Victor organised an event called Backstage last week (entertainment industry) and said it went well. His idea: make Backstage a hub that combines entertainment, investors and entrepreneurs, with events included in a membership, up to 250 people per event to keep it intimate (as said).
Backstage as a separate thing, or as part of the Club.
Victor will bring David's breakdown; a visual version was asked for.
04
The first-year numbers
The group worked through a first-year budget. Every figure is as said on the call, not verified, and euros or dollars is still to be confirmed.
Item
As said
Income base
The first hundred members at 100 a year, so 10k a year.
AI usage
2,400 scheduled for the whole year.
Creating the foundation
Between 4 and 6k, "plus minus 5k".
What is left
About 2.5k for hosting and the systems needed to keep it running. The first hundred members are needed just to get to zero.
Offline events
Do not fit: the venue itself cannot be booked with what is left.
The pricing options above (A to E) are the ways named to close that gap.
05
Ideas on the table
Raised on the call, not decided.
The new site is live
Axel showed it on the call: new infinity logo, a 3D effect, light and dark mode, copy built on the pain points, five pillars and the early-joiner price ladder. Mattias found it beautiful and professional, and prefers the dark mode.
A club, not a community
Online first, to act as quickly as possible; offline meetups around the world are the main difference to other communities. Members bring ambition and heart together, and quality comes before quantity. The apply step decides who joins.
What members get
Deals and investment opportunities in one place, pre-approved by the founders or brought by members; members teaming up on an investment; helping each other's businesses, built on giving and trust; real-life meetups.
The fireplace idea
People are split into smaller groups to discuss their vision for the Club. An AI note taker joins the call and everything is collected in one shared record, so the direction of the Club can be drawn from what everyone says.
The mega brain
Members plug their own AI skill sets into one club brain, so later members get more value. The open issue is security: someone could run a copy of the whole brain. It was said to be solvable.
Webinar and content
A webinar is planned. Mattias has hosted 10 to 15 and runs one every month for his closed community. Content ideas: record sessions, let an AI cut the best parts and post them as short and long clips, and clipping platforms that pay clippers per view.
Target audience
Choose one clear main group first, for example people who are interested in optimizing their company setup, after naming the top three audiences. Use the founders' own journeys to speak to their pain points.
A club, not a community: online first, with offline meetups around the world.
About twelve people are meant to form the core group that will run the Club in the future. Four are in so far; Simon joins next week.
Each founder probably has 5 to 10 people in mind. The group agrees on the names together.
The new site is live and nobody pays yet; everything is based on the waiting list.
Where things stand
Decided: another call next week, and a WhatsApp group for the founders.
Pricing and the member platform come back next week.
Leaning, not decided: grow through the founders' own people with no paid ads for now; start on GoHighLevel.
The structure idea: a nonprofit foundation plus a commercial entity with member shares (25%, plus 10% for the first 100: as said on the call, not verified).
There is no written business plan yet; a shared drive will collect the ideas.
Before the call
Read this summary.
Think about the pricing model (priced so that the Club does not depend on new members) and the platform.
Also for that call: the founding group, the target audience, and Backstage once David's breakdown is shared.

Questions for next week
Thirteen open points. None of them is settled.
Open: Pricing. Keep the ladder (100, 200, 300 ...), use smaller steps early, add a higher start fee, or a higher ticket? And in which currency: euros or dollars?
Open: Platform. Start on GoHighLevel, or Skool, Telegram or something else for the members? Where does the founders-only space live?
Open: Structure. Is a nonprofit foundation plus a separate commercial entity with member shares (25%, plus 10% for the first 100: as said on the call, not verified) the direction? Who sets it up, and what does it cost (about 5k, as said)?
Open: The founding group. Who are the twelve? Names beyond the four and Simon, and how the group agrees on them.
Open: Target audience. Which top three, and which one first?
Open: Backstage. Separate from the Club or part of it? What does David's breakdown say, and is a visual version made?
Open: Call rhythm. A fixed time for the regular call, and which day next week.
Open: Growth plan. Confirm no paid ads for the Club for now, and when to open up.
Open: Written plan. Who turns the shared drive into a plan, and when?
Open: Open books. Who prepares the quarterly overview, and can Mattias help?
Open: Bigger membership package with company administration: scope, price, and who offers it.
Open: The mega brain. How to stop a copy of the whole brain from leaving, and which part is the first version.
Open: Webinar pages. Feedback from Kim and Victor.
